Il Bricco Ristorante is owned and operated by Chef Andres Munoz.  Chef Andres was trained in Spain and Italy.  He has had over 25 years experience creating culinary delights in Spain, Italy and Canada.

Chef Andres culinary philosophy is to stay loyal to the traditional ways of preparing meals.  These traditional ways include the use of fresh and authentic ingredients to preparing sauces and dressings in house.

We believe in authentic ingredients in creating all of our dishes.  For me the freshness and the quality, knowledge and technique put together will create an exceptional dining experience.
